- 55 kg x 10 x 2
2. Weighted dips:
- BW x 10
- 10 kg x 10
- 10 kg x 11 (max)
3. TBDL:
- 50 kg x 10
- 60 kg x 20 (for the sake of variety)
4. BB curls:
- 20 kg x 10
- 25 kg x 10 x 2
5. Hanging leg raises
- 8 x 2
