2. Incline bench:
   - 20 kg x 10
   - 40 kg x 10
   - 50 kg x 10 x 2

3. Chins:
   - 10 x 2

4. Standing triceps extensions:
   - 15 kg x 10

5. Hanging leg raises x 10
