1. BB FSQ
   - 20 kg x 10
   - 45 kg X 15
   - 47.5 kg X 15

2. Weighted dips
   - 12.5 kg X 15 X 2

3. Biceps curls
   - 25 kg X 10 X 2

4. Back extensions X 10

5. Leg raises 10 X 2
