Workout at 13:30

1. Goblet squats
   - 16 kg x 10 x 2

2. Incline bench:
   - 45 kg x 10 x 2

3. TBDL
   - 40 kg x 5
   - 50 kg x 5 x 2

4. Chin-ups:
   - BW x 7 x 2 sets

5. Pullovers over bar x 3

50 Ipa/100 CJC post workout + protein
