Friend's birthday party yesterday. Overeating and too much alcohol. Hangover this morning. No food until 14:00, not really hungry.

Training at 15:45. 

1. Goblet squats:
   - 20 kg x 15

2. Incline bench:
   - 45 kg x 5
   - 50 kg x 10 x 2

3. TBDL:
   - 50 kg x 10 x 2

4. Chins:
      - 8 x 2 sets

80/100 Ipa/Mod + protein POW
